ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are generally processed within 2-4 working days from receipt of payment; however, Le Cult 1944 Srl commits, whenever possible, to fulfilling orders as quickly as possible.

Once the goods have been taken over by the courier, it is not possible to change the shipping address.

Shipping and delivery times for products entrusted to the courier vary from 2 to 4 working days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
Delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding. Shipping management is entrusted to external couriers, and therefore, it is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery day, but only an estimated timeframe. Deliveries are subject to unforeseeable variations during holidays, during sudden or scheduled courier strikes, due to handling errors by the courier, or due to significant weather events. Deliveries may be delayed if there are handling issues by the transport company: lost shipments, adverse weather conditions, locations not served daily.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Delivery Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the website's shopping cart or the sales platform.

Free shipping is a special promotion offered on certain products or during certain periods of the year on all or part of the catalog.
If multiple products are purchased, the shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for items that do not qualify for free shipping.

RECEIVING GOODS

Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the recipient is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact and not altered, including the sealing tapes;

Please be informed that pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 no. 185, goods travel at the recipient's risk and peril, therefore if the goods are not accepted with a reservation for inspection, it will not be possible to file a claim with the carrier.
Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, in case of tampering, breakage, or even minor damage to the packaging/container of the shipment, the recipient must immediately dispute the shipment.
To protect customers, we always recommend accepting shipments by adding a specific reservation for inspection. Upon opening the package, the customer must always check that the product received matches the one ordered before using it.
